Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your organic cotton items and place them back in their original reusable packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at any Australia Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
